Senior Meeting April 13, 2010
Total Cost Per Student: $180 (please pay by April 23) Students will not be allowed to graduate for walk with their class if this amount is not paid.
In past:
Janet will order 3 sheet cakes and have the parent of a junior pick the cakes up on graduation day.
Jenny will pick up the punch fountain at Beemun's Saturday prior to graduation
Senior Gift: Landscaping the front with the help of Michel's and the Senior class in memory of Charles Crapuchettes.
Flowers—students will pick up flowers of their choice
Programs (covers ordered and put together by seniors)
Senior Bios—put together by students as a Bible Journal for week #34
Slide Show pictures must be given to Kelsey Brush by 4/23
Sound Man--Josh will ask a sound person at PBF
Speaker--Haley will contact Thad White
Programs--Amie
Get 4 junior parents to be at the school by 2:00 on graduation day and encourage them to have serving utensils for cutting and serving cake
Plates, Napkins, forks, cups--Jill Johnson
Reserve the first four rows of chairs for seniors and their parent/relatives by 2:00 on graduation day--Haley and Amie
